  1. In wok add water ginger garlic paste and mix well
  2. Add mutton and mix well until changes colour
  3. Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20 25 minutes then cook on high flame for 8 -10 mins
  4. Add cooking oil and mix for 2 minutes and cook on high flame until oil separates
  5. Add tomatoes cut into halves cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft
  6. Mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes
  7. Add salt and black pepper powder and karahi masala and cook until oil separates
  8. Add green chillies,Hara dhaniya and serve
