- Put one layer of rice. One layer of mutton,potatoes, graevy,fried onion,biryani masala, joyitri-jaifol-garam masala, black pepper powder, salt,saffron milk,grated khoya kheer,mitha ator,kewra water, rose water. Put onothe layer of rice.
- Add garam masala powder, ghee,biryani masala on the top layer of rice. Co ver the handi for 15 mins in a low to medium flame. Serve it hot in plate.
