- Add tomatoes and half cup water, cover and cook at low flame for 10 min:
- When tomatoes are soft, mix and stir continuously (bhuney),till gravy smooth and oil separated.
- Now add all vegetables and potatoes, mix for 5 minutes.
- Add water for gravy. aprox: 2 glass, put at low to medium flame for 10 min: or till curry done.
- Serve with both chapati and rice.
