Add whole ginger slices and garlic cloves in hot oil and fry till golden. Now add sliced onions and mix well.
Steps to make Mutton Khara Masala:
- Heat oil, fry onion until golden brown
- Add mutton with ginger garlic, bhonofy until mutton colour change
- Add 1-2 glass of water with all whole spices, cover & cooked until meat half done
- Add tomatoes with remaining seasoning, cover & cooked for couple of minutes.
- Bhonofy until oil separates.
- Add kasuri meethi, mix it well, cover & put on dam for a minute.
- Before serving squeeze lemon juice. - Garnish with green chilli, julienne ginger, fresh coriander & mint leaves
