Instructions to make Saag Mutton:
  1. Saag ko chail ke bareek kaat lain gandlon samait katna hai wash kar lain.

  6. After 10 minutes Methi and Bathu leaves add kar ke cooker ka dhakan band kar ke wait dein dain low flame per pakne dain.
  7. Jab 10 minutes whistle chal jye. Tu cooker side per utar ke check kar lain (agar pani add krna ho tu garam add karein thanda nahi)
  8. Saag ko sahi cook hony ka pata tab chalta hy jab uska clr change ho jye yellowish sa. Water hy tu bilkul dry karein.
  9. Phir thanda kar ke blender mein dalein green chillies,red chilli powder, half coriander leaves and wheat flour dal ke achy se grand kar ke pan mein nikal ke stove per rakh dain.
  10. Take ke achy se cook ho jye. Mein saag ko is trha paka ke freeze Kar daiti hun jitni zarorat ho usay tarka laga daite hun.
  11. Mene aaj tu mutton mein bnya ha. But tarka ke liye karahi mein desi ghee dalein aur onion dal ke golden brown karein. Phir ginger and garlic paste add karein cook well add cumin seeds and coriander powder (salt and chilli check kar lain agar kam hon tu add kar lain)cook well saag add kar ke cook kar lain saag ready hy chopped coriander leaves garnish karein. maize/wheat flour ki roti ko butter laga ke saag mein butter dal ke serve karein.
  12. Cooker mein mutton onion slices, garlic cloves whole spices,salt and water dal ke cook honay rakh dain.
  13. 8-10 minutes whistle chal jaye stove se hata ke thanda kar ke dhakan utar ke mutton check kar lain gal jye tu all spices, tomatoes puree dal ke cook karein. (Mutton zaida gala hona chahiye)
  14. Phir desi ghee aur yogurt n green chillies dal ke bhoon lain garam masala powder add karein.
  15. Add saag,butter jitna apny banana ho and cook well. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  16. Garam roti ko butter laga ke saag mein butter dal ke serve karein.I cannot imagine eating saag without ghee or butter!.
  17. Tip.. saag ko agar dosre din dobrah tarka laga ke khaein tu taste dobala ho jata hy.
