  5. Let the mutton absorb the spices. If you want to make it more spicy, you can add some black pepper powder or red chili powder.
  6. Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the oil. You can also use ghee, - Keep the flame low. Let these kebabs fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Drain off the extra oil and serve hot with mint chutney - Mutton cheesy Kabab is ready❤❤
