- Take 2.5 cups Rice

Add beaten yogurt, mix well and cook for few minutes. Add little water and pressure cook the mutton till tender. Add mutton pieces and roast them well. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Instructions to make Mutton chops pulao:
- In a pot add 2.5 cups of water with 1 tsp of salt and red chilli powder. Add mutton chops and let it boil until fully done.
- In a pot add oil and onion. Fry until golden brown and take out. Keep aside
- Add all sabit garam masala and spices.fry until aroma comes.
- Add yoghurt (whisked) and chops.
- Add tomatoes, green chillies and coriander. Mix well and put on dum for 5-7 minutes.
- Boil rice until 3/4th done.
- Now layer rice over masala, add food colour (optional) and onion. Put on dum for about 10-15 min or until done.
- Mix well and serve
Add beaten yogurt, mix well and cook for few minutes. Mutton is boiled with water, ginger, garlic and spices bag. Then stock is strained and mutton is kept aside. Then mutton is roasted in oil with green chilies paste. Then cooked with rice & stock and simmered.
