  5. For gravy heat ghee in pot add Black cumin and ginger garlic paste,add cooked meat and fry well
  6. Now add yogurt,green chilli paste,black pepper powder,salt,fennel seed powder and fry for 3 to 4 mints
  7. Now add prepared yakhni according to your rice,bring it to boil,now add soaked rice in it and mix it and cook it till the rice are 3/4 cooked and water is dried.
  8. Add fried onion and put a lid on it and put it on dum for 10 to 15 mints on very low flame.
  9. Serve it hot with achar and salad
