Add pressure cooked kheema and mix well. Simmer on low flame some time. Top it with butter and sunny side up. Mutton Keema is a very popular dish in North India and is loved and cherished by all the non vegetarians.
Steps to make Green Mutton Keema:
- Heat oil in a vessel add whole garam masala(cardomon,cinnamon,black pepper,cloves, black cardomon,star anos,sambar paan)
- Now add onion & green chilli & salt. When onion turns soft add tomato cook fr 2 mnt now add ginger garlic paste & coriander paste stir well.
- Add turmeric powder, cummin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder stir well. Add keema & some water cover & cook fr 20 mnt in low flame.
- Add 1/4 tsp garam masala & coriander leaves. Serve with salad, naan or chapati.
This dish is made with minced mutton and spice powders. In Maharashtra, this Mutton Keema is served with pav. You can also serve it with Phulkas or Pakki Mutton Biryani. In spice mixer,add dry coconut,poppy seeds,cumin seeds,cloves,black peppercorns,mace,cinnamon stick,black cardamom,green cardamom,grind well & set aside. In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until golden brown.
