- In a cooker add onion slices,garlic cloves,salt,turmericpowder
- Whole Spices, 2 glass water and mutton cover karein aur medium flame per rakh dain.
- Aloo ko cheel ke pieces mein kat lain.
- Jab whistle 7-8 minutes chalye flame off karein after 5 minutes dhakan hata ke mutton check kar lain gal gya hy.
- Yogurt add karein mix well.
- Add all spices mix well and cook.
- Add ginger and tomatoes paste, 2 chopped green chilli and oil aur achy se cook honay dain oil separate hony lgye.
- Add aloo pieces and 1 whole green chilli mry pas red the wo dali achy se cook karein.
- Boiled beans add kar ke water add karein jitni gravy rakhni ho utna water aur cover kar ke medium flame per rakh dain.
- After 3-4 minutes flame off karein aur whistle band honay ke bad dhakan utar dain.(khayal rahy beans b boiled hyn aur aloo b jaldi galty hyn)
- Mry pas us wqt fresh coriander nahin tha mene garam masala powder sprinkle kia ap fresh chopped coriander se garnish kar ke garam tandoori roti sath serve karein. Enjoy 😋
