In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add mutton mix boti and mix well until changes color. Tahari mutton is a traditional easy biryani recipe.

- Take oil in a cooker add the whole spices let it crackle add onion slices turn them golden add green chilliis, and chopped tomatoes cook it for a while untill it's soft then add ginger garlic paste, haldi and red chili powder z and salt.
- Add mutton sute it nicely add curd, coriander and mint a half glass water and cook for 15 min by closing the lid of the pressure cooker take 6 whistles.
- Now after the mutton cooked nicely and tender then add meethi leaves, beans and peas, then add rice check out for salt here add if needed then add lemon juice, finally add water 1/3 rd above the level of rice Close th lid and just take 3 whistle its just ready enjoy it with a blob of ghee and onion slices and the curd raita..
