Now after the mutton cooked nicely and tender then add meethi leaves, beans and peas, then add rice check out for salt here add if needed then add lemon juice, finally add water 1/3 rd above the level of rice Close th lid and just take 3 whistle its just ready enjoy it with a blob of ghee and onion slices and the curd raita..
