- Now add coriander leaves mint leaves green chili mix and keep aside/ take a pan add water and add cinnamon stick black cordamam star anees bayleaf salt and cook after boil add sock rice and cook 80 % and drain water in rice and keep aside/ take a pan sprinkle rice and Mutton layer and again rice and Mutton and garnish casar colour and coriander mint leaves and sprinkle milk and rose water and ghee and with cover keep for 10 minutes full Flame and 20 minutes slow Flame
