- In a deep pan boil water add salt and oil and add 1 packet of spaghetti.boil for 6-7 minutes and strain it in a strainer

- Make tomato puree using 4-5 tomatoes in a blender
- Take a pan heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste to it stir fry for 1 minute
- Now add chopped onions and sliced red chillies
- Now add mutton mince and stir fry until changes color
- Add salt black pepper haldi and stir fry
- Now add tomato puree and paste to it and fry well. I used my homemade tomato paste😍
- Homemade tomato paste is very economical and healthy to use and tastes very good add it and fry the mutton mince very well
- Now add mixed herbs as per your taste and mix as oil seperates turn off the flame.
- Now in a serving platter add boiled spaghetti and put prepared mutton mince on it garnish with mint leaves on the top and serve
