  3. When you ready to switch off the flame add spring onion and give a quick saute and switch off the flame. - - Sprinkle some pepper powder and serve hot..

In a pan, heat oil and temper with the items given under 'To temper' table, followed by crushed garlic. You can use your garlic press or crush with knife. Add cooked baby corn, salt, ketchup, chilli powder, pepper powder. Heat oil in a kadai or pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add curry leaves. Then add chopped onions, garlic and saute until onions turn transparent.
