  20. Make ready 3 tomatoes (paste)
  21. Make ready 5 green chillies
  22. Take 2 inches piece of ginger
  23. Get 1 tbs kasoori methi
  24. Make ready 1 tbs chickpea floor
  25. Get 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

In a mincer combine: meat, ready fried onions, garlic, ginger paste, garlic paste, papaya paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, cilantro leaves, cardamom powder and salt. Mince together until it is well minced and mixed. Take mixture out in a dish and add roasted gram flour. Add egg, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, all spices (garam masala), salt, cumin powder (zeera), coriander powder (dhania) and the grinded green chilli, mint and coriander paste to the mince and mix well.

  2. Take a seekh and make kebabs one by one. Take chopped onions+black cardamom and Cinnamon sticks in a pan and add oil and saute well and when it turns brown add garlic paste and cook it well. After that add tomato ginger and chilli paste. Cook for five minutes and then add yogurt. And add Red chilli, Crushed chilli, Turmeric powder and Salt and cook for 4-5 mins.

  4. And add the kebabs to the masala
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and add green coriander and kasoori methi and turn of the flame. Garnish and serve.
