Add mutton and fry on high heat till it changes color on all sides. Method Cut meat into bite size pieces. Toss with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, dhana-jeera powder and black pepper. Strain the yakhni only leaving the mutton in it.

Steps to make Mutton Pulao:
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  2. Add all spices mentioned above, Cumin seeds and sliced onions.. Saute and Cook until onions gets soft
  3. Now add (Cooked and leftover) Mutton.. Mix and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add soaked rice and sprinkle some salt. Mix well
  5. In last,Add water. Mix well and close the lid.. Pressure cook for 1 whistle at high flame. After then, lower the whistle for 10 minutes more.
  6. Mutton pulao is ready to serve…..
